We had several skiers enjoying the trails today (day 12), despite the lack of re-grooming. However, tomorrow is going to get much warmer, and so we will not be selling trail passes as the trails will deteriorate in spots as the day progresses. (Season pass holders are welcome to ski in the early am, despite the fact that all trails are posted as 'CLOSED'; the Green, Green-Blue, and Blue-Black will be the best/safest options).
We do have more inbound snow Friday night into Saturday, but how far south the storm drops is anyones guess. Right now the prediction is 1-4", and we don't need much to refresh and reopen. There is also a bit more snow predicted later next week as well (1-8" Tuesday-Friday).
Our other dedicated volunteer board members will be updating the website and ski conditions blog while I'm out of town for a work conference, but assuming we get the additional snow to reopen, we should have trails groomed and rental shop staffed as usual (walk-ins available on the weekend mornings, but online reservation only Tuesday-Thursday morning on our website). Think snow!
