Unfortunately today's snowstorm came in with a lot of strong wind, causing drifting in spots, and leaving many parts of the golf course as bare grass. We attempted to roll some trails to pack down the snow and prevent it from blowing away, but there are just too many bare spots--especially on our easiest green and green-blue ski loops--to be able to fully groom and re-open anything.
We have a chance for a bit more snow this weekend and early next week, so that might be enough, although what we really need is a solid storm with 6-8 inches of decent snow without the wind. I'm not seeing anything like that in the forecast, but hopefully that changes soon--think snow!
