Kip and Dave have been out on the trails the past 3 hours rolling all 5 of the ski trails in hopes of packing it down with the 'deeper grooves' to a catch and accumluate a bit more fresh/blowing snow to improve the trail snow depth:

We expect continued blowing/drifting snow throughout the rest of today and overnight, but hope to have most of the trails groomed and open tomorrow morning by 9 or 9:30am. The black loop will probably not be groomed/open pending a bit more snow for safety reasons (thin, gravelly spots on the bridges and steeper downhills), and likely some thin, grassy spots in places on the fairways on the other trails. We also don’t expect to get enough additional snow to be able to set classic tracks just yet.
It's possible the Country Club at Woodmoor will have a delayed opening as well, so trail passes may need to be purchased at the Rental Shop (golf pro shop, immediately across from the flagpole) from our volunteer rental staff. I have also opened up Sunday rental reservations online from 9-noon, and walk-ins will also be available.
