Ready to groom and reopen some trails if enough snow falls

We've coordinated with the Country Club at Woodmoor and our volunteers are ready to roll and groom trails Friday morning to re-open at least a few of our ski trails (likely the Green loop and Blue-Black trail) Friday and Saturday, assuming tonight's snow storm provides enough of the white stuff. It is a shame we are getting the snow now, at the end of this rather cold week, as we could have been skiing all week long if we had gotten the snow earlier!

Unfortunately, the weather will warm up quickly this weekend and into next week (mid-60s?!), so any snow we get tonight won't likely last more than a couple of days--and is the reason that we will limit our grooming to just a couple of trails. But the way this winter has been going, we are ready to take advantage of any decent snow we get--even if it only provides a couple more days of local skiing.
