We had at least a dozen skiers out on the trails Thanksgiving morning, despite the early season conditions. We expect to be able to regroom these two trails for Friday, however the link between the green loop and the blue-black trail will likely become unskiable (requiring skiers to walk down the South-facing hill to the lower trail). It will definetly become thinner in spots on both, and with the gravel cart paths still unprotected, you'll want to be careful where the ski trail doesn't have forgiving grass underneath. It is likely that we won't be able to regroom or open the trails for this weekend based on the predicted temperatures Friday, but we'll see how they hold up tomorrow and then will update this page.
The good news is that this is still very early season skiing, so the best is still to come as the days continue to get shorter and the average day-time temperatures colder. Think snow!
